A very special edition of the Market Table, where we’ll be joined by Ross Mitchell of London Smoke & Cure www.londonsmokeandcure.co.uk. We’ll be experimenting in his London smoke house to create a five-course menu full of both unusual and familiar smokey delights. His famous smoked cashew butter will certainly appear on the menu.
As with all Market Table dinner events, there’ll be a fun, interactive element and for this one you’ll learn how to smoke your own root veg and more at home, and you’ll also cure a little something to take home.
